The Peaceful Classroom Toolkit

Create calm, connected rhythms for your primary classroom.

Feeling Overwhelmed in Your Classroom? Let’s Bring Back the Calm.

If your day feels loud, rushed, or reactive, you’re not doing anything wrong. You’re carrying too much without the right kind of support.

You don’t need stricter rules.
You don’t need another behavior chart. What you need is connection.

Peaceful classrooms start with the environment — not the management plan.

Your information will remain private and secure

The Peaceful Classroom Toolkit is designed for Pre-K, TK, and Kinder teachers who want to feel less stressed and more supported.

The Heart 🌿 Behind Teach The TK Way™

Hi there— I’m Tina Gabel (Kristina, if we’re being formal—that’s where the “K” in TK comes from 😉), Mama to four, MILove to one, and Ami to my beautiful sweets.

A self-proclaimed creepy-crawlie lover... unless we’re talking snakes or spiders. IYKYK.

But more than that, I’m your soon-to-be teacher bestie, & the creator of The Teach The TK Way™ and the Natural Classroom Specialist™ journey.

I’m not your average curriculum creator.

I’m a mountain mama, a visionary at heart, and a firm believer in both well-organized shelves and muddy play clothes.

🌱 I’ve Been Where You Are

After 26 years in TK, I’ve seen it all...

The behavior charts, the overstuffed schedules, the push for assessments at the expense of joy (teachers AND students).

I’ve also sat through more PDs and combined grade-level meetings than I care to count, leaving with more questions than support.

But I’ve also seen what happens when we slow down,

when we trust children. When we make room for nature, rhythm, and play.

That’s where my journey toward creating the Natural Classroom Specialist™ certification began:

In the messy middle between standards and student-led learning. Born out of real classrooms, real burnout, and a real desire to make things feel better.

🪴This Isn’t Just Theory or Another “Philosophy” You’ll Never Have Time To Apply....

I’ve done the research. I’ve tested and tossed more curriculum plans than I can count. And what’s left is a system that feels good to teach, one that brings peace to the classroom and clarity to your day.

This isn’t about perfection, Pinterest-worthy centers, or rigid systems. It’s about simple shifts that help everyone breathe easier — you and your students.

You’ll walk away with ready-to-try rhythms, transition tools, and outdoor calm boosters that make your classroom feel less like survival… and more like a place where wonder grows.
