I was tired of trying to force science into tiny windows of time and making it feel disconnected. These lessons grew from real classroom moments, real questions from students, and my belief that science should be rooted in play, nature, and curiosity.
I didn’t create this curriculum to impress anyone.
I built it because I was once the teacher crying after school, exhausted from doing it all “right” and still feeling like it wasn’t enough. I didn’t need another program to juggle.
I needed something that helped me reconnect with my students, my classroom, and myself. This curriculum is that support. A quiet shift. A more natural rhythm. A reminder that science can be simple, joyful, and rooted in curiosity again.
I hope it gives you what I wish I had back then: permission to do things differently, beautifully, gently, and still on purpose.
With you in the messy middle, Tina
